The Playa Escondida Condominiums (pictured in photo on the left) are located on Sabalo Cerritos in Mazatlan, north of the Marina El Cid Resort. All the units are privately owned (not a timeshare and not a hotel). The condominiums are a 3 story apartment style building on the beach. We are in an excellent location as we are 8 to 10 minutes outside the heavy tourist zone ( the Golden Zone ). This gives you the best of both worlds; close access to the tourist services when you wish to use them, yet privacy and the ability to use the services that long term residents of the condominiums and the locals use. There is simply no better way to enjoy the magnificent beauty of Mazatlan, Mexico.
